Our Commitment
The Responsible AI Program translates the commitments set out in the Lintasarta AI Policy into concrete operational practice, ensuring that responsible AI principles are embedded at every stage of the AI lifecycle.
As a national ICT service provider, Lintasarta occupies three roles at once in the AI value chain: as a provider of AI products and services (Cloudeka GPU and Cloudeka LLM), as an AI developer (the Talita Ultima AI Virtual Assistant), and as an AI user applying the technology internally to support the services we deliver to customers. All three roles sit within a single governance framework: an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS) built on ISO/IEC 42001:2023.
The Lintasarta AI Policy is established and approved by the Board of Directors and is integrated into the Company’s Integrated Management Policy alongside our Quality, Information Security, OHSE, Risk Management, Anti-Bribery, and Business Continuity policies.
