Dody Budi Waluyo was born in 1961 and has served as Commissioner President at Lintasarta since November 2023. Formerly, he served as Central Bank Deputy for Finance – Co-Chair of the ASEAN Meeting Under Indonesia Chairmanship (2023). Dody obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Indonesia (1980) and a Master’s from the University of Colorado USA (1994).

Yeni Sugiharto was born in Gresik in 1966 and has served as Lintasarta Commissioner since June 2024.
Previously, he served as Compliance Director at Dana Pensiun Bank DKI and Vice President of Compliance & Legal at PT. Bank DKI. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Law from Universitas Negeri Jember (1991) and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Universitas Indonesia (2007).

Vikram Sinha

Vikram Sinha was born in India in 1974 and has served as a Commissioner of Lintasarta since 2020.
He is also a President Director & Chief Executive Officer at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (2022–Present). Previously, he was the CEO of Ooredoo Myanmar (2009–2014) and CEO of Ooredoo Maldives (2014–2017). He earned a Master of Business Management and Leadership Development Program from IMD-Lausanne.
Irsyad Sahroni

Irsyad Sahroni was born in Jakarta in 1973 and has served as a Commissioner of Lintasarta since 2020.
He is also a Director & Chief Human Resources Officer at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (2018–Present). Previously, he was an HR Director at PT Nestle Indonesia (2016–2018). He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Law on Commercial activities from the University of Indonesia.

Born in 1963, Muhammad Buldansyah has served as Commissioner at Lintasarta since July 2023.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Electronics from Bandung Institute of Technology. Currently, he still serves as Director & Chief Business Officer at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison and has previously served as Chief Regulatory Officer at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Previously, he has held several positions such as Finance Head – Asia Telecommunications CK Hutchison Holdings Limited (March 2018 – November 2020), Chief Financial Officer of PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia. Currently, he also serves as Director & Chief Financial Officer at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison.

Born in Jakarta in 1968, Armand Hermawan has served as President Director & CEO of Lintasarta since April 2026.
He obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Universitas Padjadjaran, a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Financial Econometrics from Lincoln University, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Finance from the University of Newcastle.
Previously, he served as President Director & CEO of Artajasa (2023–2026), Director & Chief Strategy and Execution Officer at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (2022–2023), Director of Strategy and Transformation at Angkasa Pura II (2019–2022), and President Director of PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (2017–2019).

Born in Balikpapan in 1971, Ginandjar has served as Director & Chief IT Services Officer of Lintasarta since October 2025.
Prior to his current position, he served as Director of Delivery & Operation at Lintasarta (2023–2025), Director of Marketing & Solution (2021–2023), Director of IT Services (2020–2021), and Director of Datacom (2014–2020).
He earned a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and a Master of Management degree from University of Indonesia. Before joining Lintasarta’s Board of Directors, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison and held leadership positions including Group Head of Network Operation Maintenance and Technology Operation Infrastructure.
Zulfi Hadi
Director & Chief Telco Services Officer
Born in Bandung in 1967, Zulfi Hadi has served as Director & Chief Telco Services Officer since October 2025.
Prior to this role, he served as Director of Datacom (2020–2021), Director of Delivery & Operation (2021–2023), and Director of Marketing & Solution at Lintasarta (2023–2025). He earned his bachelor’s degree from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and began his professional career at Lintasarta as a Network Engineer.
Throughout his career at Lintasarta, he has held several key leadership positions, including Assistant Manager of Procurement, General Manager of Business Development, and General Manager of the Marketing Division. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of the Datacom and Planning & Engineering Division.
Hariyadi Ramelan
Director & Chief Financial Officer
Born in Ponorogo in 1964, Hariyadi Ramelan has served as Director & Chief Financial Officer since 2024.
Prior to joining the Board of Directors, he held several strategic positions, including Head of the Monetary Management Department at Bank Indonesia in 2021, and the Strategic Management and Governance Department at Bank Indonesia from February 2022. He also served as Director of Corporate Service at Lintasarta from 2022 to 2024.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Agricultural Technology at
IPB University in 1987 and a master’s degree in International Finance and
Banking from University of Birmingham in 1998.

Born in Surabaya, East Java, in 1975, Hendra Lesmana served as Director & Chief Commercial Officer of Lintasarta since April 2026.
Hendra Lesmana earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Surabaya.
Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of NTT DATA Indonesia (2023–2026). He also held leadership positions as Country General Manager & President Director at Dell Technologies Indonesia (2022–2023), Chief Executive Officer of NTT Ltd. Indonesia (2019–2022), and President Director of Dimension Data Indonesia (2015–2019).
Retno Kusumorini
Chief Human Resources Officer
Born in Padang in 1969, Retno Kusumorini Firdaus has served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Lintasarta since December 2023. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Natural Sciences from University of Indonesia and a Master of Science (MS) in Management Science from University of Hertfordshire.
She previously served Mercer Indonesia from 2007 to 2010 as Associate Principal. She then continued her professional journey at XL Axiata from 2010 to 2014 as HR Business Partner. From 2014 to 2023, she served at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, with her last position being SVP HR – Head of Strategic Workforce and Total Reward. At Lintasarta, Retno leads a key role in organizational transformation, strengthening people strategy, and optimizing human capital to accelerate the company’s transformation journey.
Wahyu Anggoro Adi
Chief Cybersecurity Officer
Born in Surabaya in 1972, Wahyu Anggoro Adi has served as Chief Cybersecurity Officer of Lintasarta since February 2024. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Management from Assumption University.
He previously served various strategic positions at global technology companies, including Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Palo Alto Networks, NAGRA, and Nokia, across both Indonesian and international markets. At Lintasarta, Wahyu leads the company’s cybersecurity strategy and business transformation initiatives, focusing on cyber resilience, managed security services, strategic partnerships, and the development of a secure and sustainable digital ecosystem.
Gidion Suranta Barus
Chief Cloud Officer
Born in Bandung in 1970, Gidion Suranta Barus has served as Chief Cloud Officer of Lintasarta since January 2024. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Marketing from University of Indonesia.
Within 25 years of experience in the ICT industry, with expertise in data centers, cloud computing, AI, and telecommunications. Prior to his current role, he held several leadership positions at Lintasarta, including General Manager – Infrastructure Solution, PIC General Manager – Industry Solution, General Manager – Presales, and General Manager – IT Services Product Management. He also previously served as CEO of Arta Integrasi Teknologi (ARINT), Commissioner of Lintas Media Danawa, and Division Head – IT Service at Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison. At Lintasarta, Gidion leads a strategic role in developing cloud, GPU, and AI solutions, as well as advancing digital infrastructure transformation to support the growth of Indonesia’s national technology ecosystem.

On February 10, 2000, PT Artajasa Electronic Payments (Artajasa) was founded and became part of the development efforts initiated by Lintasarta. In 2002, Artajasa made a breakthrough and demonstrated its first success by becoming the first non-bank clearing institution for retail transactions in Indonesia and becoming a member of the BI-RTGS system.
Another achievement of Artajasa in 2004 was developing a real-time online inter-bank transfer service via ATM. Currently, the ATM Bersama network continues to grow and develop, with many ATM terminals spread throughout Indonesia and the confidence of many banks as members, making Artajasa a market leader.
PT Lintas Media Danawa
PT Lintas Media Danawa (LMD) is a company formed by Lintasarta, Kompas Gramedia Group (KGG), and Danawa Malaysia as a service provider in the IT sector, such as software development, cloud computing services, and mobile application development.
Strong support from the three companies is one of LMD’s strengths because they are pioneers in their respective fields such as Lintasarta, the largest shareholder, is a significant player in the data telecommunications business and controls 70% of the data communications market share. KGG is the largest group of companies in Indonesia in the retail, bookstore, and media sectors, both newspapers, magazines, and tabloids. Meanwhile, Danawa Malaysia is a company from Malaysia that has various kinds of technological solutions.

PT Starone Mitra Telekomunikasi (BDx Indonesia) is one of Indonesia’s largest wholesale data center provider companies. Formed through a strategic joint venture between Lintasarta, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, and BDx in 2022, the pioneering company seeks to meet the needs of world-class data centers in Indonesia. Innovating with an innovative and sustainable renewable energy system, BDx Indonesia combines the modernization of legacy data center facilities with the development of greenfield projects to produce efficient and much-needed capacity. As a leading data center brand, BDx Indonesia utilizes a comprehensive portfolio of advanced digital solutions supported by an extensive network to drive innovation and digitalization in various industry sectors, including financial services, hyper scalers, telecommunications operators, and government organizations.

PT Arta Integration Teknologi (ARINT) is an electronic payment holding company owned by Lintasarta (62%) and PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero) (“PPA”) (38%). ARINT was founded in 2022 and currently holds 55% of the shares in PT Artajasa Electronic Payments (“Artajasa”), which provides payment infrastructure in Indonesia.
