Lintasarta is committed to building healthy businesses with integrity and aims to become a trusted company in providing high-quality services by applying Good Corporate Governance (GCG) within the company and handing the opportunity for customers, partners, and employees or other parties to report suspecting fraud, gratification, ethic violations, conflict of interest violations, safety and health violations, information security violations or other legal violations committed by our internal company.
To preserve this commitment, Lintasarta has a Complaint Handling Policy (Whistleblowing) with one of the Complaint media, namely the Lintasarta Whistleblowing System (LWS) e-form report.
The complaint form can be filled without any personal identification (anonymous). However, it is obligated to submit the supporting evidence as indications of the occurrence, e.g., transaction proof, photos, or any other form of evidence. Personal identifications of the Informant will be protected, provided with confidentiality and the presumption of innocence.
If the investigation is concluded and the complaint submitted is not proven, then the complaint is closed and discontinued.
To submit a report, you can:
- Fill out the LWS e-form below.
- Send an email to internalaudit@lintasarta.co.id.
- Use postal mail addressed to Internal Audit, PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta, Menara Thamrin Building, 12th Floor, Jl. MH. Thamrin Kav. 3, Jakarta – Indonesia.
- Report directly to the Head of Internal Audit in person.
