Surakarta, 20 Mei 2022 – Lintasarta, an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) total solution company, is showcasing its best solutions that can be collaborated with the governments, more specifically with the Municipally-owned Corporation (or locally known as BUMD) and its entity such as the Regional Government Bank (BPD) and the Rural Bank (BPR) to accelerate the development and digitalization process.

“Due to digitalization and globalization, the challenges faced by BUMD, especially BPD and BPR are increasing. Therefore, we must continue to collaborate on digitalization and use of infrastructure to create innovations that are adaptive to trends and rely on technological advances as a driving force for regional banking activities,” said Arya Damar, Lintasarta President Director, while speaking at the Forum & Awarding: Holdingisasi BPD “Peran Pemilik dan Pengurus dalam Memajukan BUMD” organized by Infobank in collaboration with the Regional Bank Development Association (Asbanda) on 19 May 2022 in Surakarta, Central Java.

This event is also attended by the Governor of East Java, Dra. Hj. Khofifah Indar Parawansa, M.Sc., Mayor of Surakarta, Gibran Rakabuming B. Tech., President Director of Bank Jateng and Chairman of Asbanda, Dr. Supriyatno, M.B.A., and several other speakers.

Not only outlining what BPD and BPR can do to synergize with the government and Lintasarta in optimizing regional economic development, but on this occasion, Lintasarta also introduces a solution that BPD and BPR can use in facing this era of transformation, such as the Electronic Know Your Customer (Lintasarta e-KYC), Third-Party Card Management (Lintasarta TPCM) and Cloud (Lintasarta Cloudeka).

“It is undeniable that digital-based solutions have become a mainstay across industries. Besides being more efficient, technology-based solutions can also facilitate the continuity of business processes and meet the needs of consumers who encourage digital services with an advanced digital security layer,” said Arya.

Speaking of security, Arya added, we need a capable system to secure all digital transactions. PCI DSS or Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard is the standard for cardholder data security that meets the minimum requirements in the financial sector, especially business transactions such as credit cards, debit cards, and others. By having this certification, Lintasarta can ensure that e-KYC and TPCM are safe for customers.

Some of the supporting technologies mentioned above require a core technology to develop these applications, such as the Cloud. In this regard, Lintasarta as a leading ICT company in Indonesia with more than 3 decades of helping various companies to develop their business, has recently reintroduced a Cloud solution under the name Lintasarta Cloudeka.

“Cloud will provide a complete and efficient solution in digital banking business processes. Cloud is capable of storing large amounts of data and will provide information quickly when needed. This is in line with the needs of digital banks which will be very agile or change rapidly,” said Arya.

Lintasarta Cloudeka is the number 1 Cloud solution developed by the nation’s children that can be relied on to build and maintain strong partnerships to help from local businesses to the government to grow through the provision of comprehensive Cloud services.

Lintasarta will continue to assist the government and business in Indonesia by providing ICT solutions to develop Indonesia’s economy and find the best strategy for BPD and BPR to be able to adapt amid increasingly fierce competition, especially in the era of the Industrial Revolution 5.0.
