Jakarta, 31 January 2023 – Lintasarta, an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) total solutions company, received an award for implementing digitalization in companies from Indonesia Excellence Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Awards 2023 organized by Warta Ekonomi. The award won by Lintasarta were “Indonesia Excellence Good Corporate Governance Ethics in Strengthening Digitalization and Innovative Service Providers” for the category of Information, Technology and Communication companies. This award was officially received at the virtual awarding session on Tuesday, 31 January 2023, which was also attended by Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights Prof. Dr. Edward Omar Sharif Hiareij, CEO of Warta Ekonomi, and various other well-known companies.
“In this year’s Indonesia Excellence Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Awards, Lintasarta is considered a company that consistently applies GCG principles in managing company activities and maintaining maximum business performance. We managed to achieve this achievement, of course, thanks to the contribution and support of our entire team and partners,” said Arya Damar, President Director of Lintasarta.
Indonesia Excellence Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Awards 2023 this year carries the theme “Managing A High-Level of Company Performance in GCG Ethics.” This year’s theme highlights various companies that are considered capable of maintaining company performance and having a positive impact on the government and society while consistently implementing GCG principles.
Through a series of internal research conducted by Warta Ekonomi, Lintasarta is considered successful in implementing good corporate governance in having a positive impact on the process of continuous and sustainable growth and stabilization of the Indonesian economy.
At Lintasarta itself, various efforts have been made to maintain GCG values between teams within the company. “We routinely make risk maps every year, then we monitor them closely, so that these risks do not disrupt the company’s operations. These efforts that we do are also in line with the various regulations and policies imposed by the government for the telecommunication industry. Lintasarta has also obtained various regulations and certifications, and we also calibrate these certifications regularly to monitor our level of compliance,” said Triharry Darmawan Oetji, Corporate Secretary General Manager of Lintasarta.
Through the 2023 Indonesia Excellence Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Awards awarding session, Lintasarta hopes that there will be more cross-sectoral synergies to accelerate digital transformation in Indonesia through consistent GCG implementation.
