PT Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis
On February 10, 2000, ARTAJASA was founded and formed base to the business development of LINTASARTA. In 2002, ARTAJASA introduced breakthroughs and gained its first accomplishment as the first non-bank clearing institution for retail transaction in Indonesia as it registered as member of BI-RTGS system. Other accomplishments ARTAJASA made in 2004 related to the development of online inter-bank transfer service at real time basis through ATM machine. Currently the ATM Bersama network continues to expand with growing number of ATM terminals located in many places across Indonesia. It believes with the increasing number of banks joining as network members, ARTAJASA will secure the position of the market leader.

PT Lintas Media Danawa
LMD is a joint venture company between Lintasarta, Kompas Gramedia Group (KGG) and Danawa Malaysia with focus as provider of IT services, such as software development, cloud computing services and mobile application development.
Strong support from the three companies is the strength of LMD, as the three companies are recognized as the pioneers in their specific areas. Lintasarta, which is the majority shareholder, is the leading company in data telecommunication and acquires 70% of data communication market. KGG, in the meantime, is the biggest group company in Indonesia which focuses in retail, book store and media, including newspaper, magazine or tabloid. Then Danawa Malaysia is a Malaysian company with focus on providing any technology solutions.
