First Level HandlingFirst level handling works on communication issue not on customer’s application issue, due to Lintasarta responsibility is limited to modem and communication network only. While for Managed service Lintasarta responsible up to CPE routers trouble shooting.

Input Network Technical Data | Can be found on modem label, Network ID. If network ID can be found please refer to subscription agreement document to find network. |
