First Level Handling

First level handling works on communication issue not on customer’s application issue, due to Lintasarta responsibility is limited to modem and communication network only. While for Managed service Lintasarta responsible up to CPE routers trouble shooting.

Type of modems:
Modem DOV, NTU, STU
Modem ADSL
Modem WLL, BWA
Modem VSAT

General issue to notice on first level handling:

Check Modem Indicator

Modem display inidcator

Reset  MODEM

Turn off MODEM

Wait for 5 minutes

Turn on modem

Check Application

Test wheter application can be run

Input Network Technical

Data

Can be found on modem label, Network ID. If network ID can be found please refer to subscription agreement document to find network.
