Video Conference (VICON) Lintasarta provides virtual room rental facility which is usable for video conferencing activity.

Video Conference (VICON) LINTASARTA is a unified communication integration that serves data, audio and video bundling with SJKD service.

Video Conference (VICON) Lintasarta provides more value opportunities and value added for customers besides serving as complementary service and exit barrier for SJKD service.

Video Conference (VICON) is usable for:

• Video Conferencing to conduct training and staffs briefing
• Video Conferencing to facilitate meeting management
• Video Conferencing for knowledge and content sharing
• Video Conferencing to facilitate product launching
• Video Conferencing to facilitate inter-company conferencing

• Cost Saving, such as eliminating transportation cost, accommodation, etc.
• Time Saving, such as: reducing time for meeting room preparation, no need to travel to meeting place.
• Enhancing productivity, such as: more efficient and effective meeting, easy data and knowledge sharing.

Video Conference (VICON) packages for FR customers include:

• Video Conference (VICON) Care FR 512K
• Video Conference (VICON) Ultimate FR 256K

Video Conference (VICON) packages for VPN customers include:

• Video Conference (VICON) Care VPN 512K
• Video Conference (VICON) Ultimate VPN 256K

VICON Care Customers can not establish cross connection with VICON Ultimate customers.

Port connection

• Video Conference (VICON) Care customers use dedicated connection port
• Video Conference (VICON) Ultimate customers use shared port (1 port shared)

Network

• Video Conference (VICON) Care customers obtain independent connectivity per location and thus conference overloading (e.g. the usage of presentation content) is not recommended

Features

• Video Conference (VICON) Care customers can exercise room customization request while booking whereas VICON Ultimate customers can only use default configuration system
• Video Conference (VICON) Care and Ultimate customers will get two room best efforts
• Video Conference (VICON) Care and Ultimate customers will be provided with information room which is dialed at reservation time

End-point Setting

• Video Conference (VICON) Care customers can utilize end-point with different setting in each location while Video Conference (VICON) Ultimate customers have to use the same setting for all of their end-points

Video Transcoding

• Only available for customers of Video Conference (VICON) Care

• Using existing network of Lintasarta; VPN or Frame Relay
• Router managed by Lintasarta (for necessary CPE setting)
• Not a VSAT Access

• Each customer will get 1 dedicated IP that needs to be set at the end-point
• End-point setting configuration for customer
  • IP address end-point (unique per location)
  • Gateway IP address
  • Gatekeeper IP address (setting using H.323, not SIP)
